1. Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
- Shipping Method: We use trusted carriers to ensure safe, discreet delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. International shipping times vary by location.
- Delays: GPG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our wellness products, all sales are final. This policy ensures product integrity and customer safety.
We do, however, stand by the quality of our products:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.
- Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in cases where GPG cannot fulfill or replace a damaged/incorrect order.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your order has been shipped and tracking is provided, GPG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.
